The Learn with Miss B website www.learnwithmissb.com.au ("the Site") is owned and operated by The Trustee for B & C Nicola Family Trust ABN 88 290 945 788 trading as Learn with Miss B (“LWMB”).
LWMB provides access and use of the Site for customers to purchase products and/or services from the Site.
By using, browsing and/or accessing the pages and products and/or services on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (‘T&Cs). If you do not agree to these T&Cs, please do not use, browse or access the Site.
You acknowledge that these T&Cs contain disclaimers and other provisions that limit LWMB’s liability to you.
All orders are handled in accordance with these T&Cs and the customer accepts these conditions by using the Site.
- Use of material
The learning materials and/or products on the Site are owned by LWMB and are protected by copyright under the laws of Australia. All rights are reserved.
You agree that you will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
- Governing Law
LWMB operates this Site in Victoria, Australia. You agree that the use of the Site and the T&Cs are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
- Intellectual Property rights
LWMB owns all rights, title and interest (including intellectual property rights) on all content on the Site. You acknowledge that accessing and using the Site does not grant or transfer to you any rights, title or interest in relation to our Site or the content. You must not copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, sell or publish any of the content on the Site.
- Disclaimer and Warranty
LWMB is providing the Site information, contents, materials, services and products on an 'as is' basis and use of the Site is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that LWMB’s officers, employees and/or agents will not be held liable or responsible in any way (including in negligence) for errors in, or omissions from, the information contained on the Site. LWMB expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (without limitation) implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for purpose.
This does not affect your rights pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law.
- Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you must indemnify LWMB, and hold LWMB harmless, against any liability suffered or incurred by LWMB arising from or in connection with your use of the Site or your breach of these T&Cs and/or any applicable laws.
- Severability
If any provision of these T&Cs is to be deemed void, invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision (in whole or in part) is severed from the T&Cs without affecting the validity or enforceability of the balance of the T&Cs.
- Fees
All prices quoted on the Site are inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified. Prices displayed on the Site are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time at the discretion of LWMB. Fees and availability of items on the Site are subject to change from time to time and without prior notice.
9. Refund Policy
This membership is non-refundable.
9. Modifications and Amendments
From time to time and at its sole discretion, LWMB may modify or amend these T&Cs by publishing updated T&Cs on the Site. Please ensure you are familiar with the T&Cs each time you access, use or browse the Site.
- Payment options
Annual payment provides you access to the Homeschool Hive for 12 months.
No refunds will be provided. You will have access to all Homeschool Hive inclusions for 12 months from the purchase date.
Monthly payment option: if you select this option there is a minimum of 6 months before you can cancel your subscription to the membership. This is a 6 month commitment.
