The Learn with Miss B website www.learnwithmissb.com.au ("the Site") is owned and operated by The Trustee for B & C Nicola Family Trust ABN 88 290 945 788 trading as Learn with Miss B (“LWMB”). 

LWMB provides access and use of the Site for customers to purchase products and/or services from the Site.

 

By using, browsing and/or accessing the pages and products and/or services on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (‘T&Cs). If you do not agree to these T&Cs, please do not use, browse or access the Site.

 

You acknowledge that these T&Cs contain disclaimers and other provisions that limit LWMB’s liability to you.

All orders are handled in accordance with these T&Cs and the customer accepts these conditions by using the Site.

  1.  the Site. You acknowledge that accessing and using the Site does not grant or transfer to you any rights, title or interest in relation to our Site or the content. You must not copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, sell or publish any of the content on the Site.

 

 

By registering for The Spelling Edit workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Non-Refundable Policy

All purchases for The Spelling Edit are strictly non-refundable. Due to the limited capacity (20 attendees only), each booking secures an exclusive spot and associated resources.

If you are unable to attend the live event for any reason, you will still receive:

  • Full access to the workshop recording, this will be available after 30 days post workshop. 

  • All printed resources and workbook materials digitally (where possible)

  • 7 days of post-workshop support via email or direct messaging with Bee

We appreciate your understanding in maintaining the integrity of this limited event.

2. Payment Plans

Flexible payment options are available at checkout via:

  • Klarna

  • Afterpay

  • PayPal Pay in 4

All payment plans are subject to approval by the relevant third-party provider. Learn with Miss B is not responsible for any declined payments or late fees charged by these providers.

3. Transfers

Your ticket is non-transferable to another workshop date. 

4. Recording & Replay Access

The live workshop will be recorded. All paying attendees will receive access to the full replay.

This recording is for personal use only and may not be shared, duplicated, or distributed without express written permission from Learn with Miss B.

5. Event Changes

Learn with Miss B reserves the right to adjust the workshop date, time, location, or format (e.g. move to virtual) in the unlikely event of illness, venue unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, all attendees will be notified as soon as possible and accommodations will be made to ensure full delivery of the experience.

6. Behaviour & Participation

This is a safe, inclusive space designed for learning and collaboration. We expect all participants to engage respectfully and supportively throughout the day. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.
